1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are handled by third-party courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to
change without prior notice.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with the correct PIN code and phone number.
If an order is returned due to:
  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by
    the customer.

5. 🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference issues
  • Minor bubbles/marks typical in molds
  • Used or opened products
  • Improper handling by the customer

6. ✅ Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

We offer a replacement/refund only if:
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Items are missing from the package

7. 🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (VERY IMPORTANT)

To claim any damage, missing item, or parcel issue:
  • You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video
  • The video must start before opening the sealed parcel
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

8. ❗ Claims Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video is unclear or edited
  • A complaint is raised after 24 hours
  • The parcel was opened before recording
  • Damage appears due to misuse
  • This policy is strictly followed to prevent fraudulent claims.

9. 🔄 Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved:
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued.
  • The decision of the Arteria quality team will be final.

10. 💰 Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within:
  • 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

At Arteria – The Art Hub, we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy once payment is completed.

Orders are confirmed immediately after
successful payment.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

12.➕ Adding Items to Existing Orders

We understand customers may wish to add more items.

Additional products can be added only if the original order has not yet been packed.

Customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, no additions or changes will be possible.

13.🏬 Store Pickup Policy

Order Processing for Pickup

Once the order is placed and payment is completed, your order will be prepared within 4–5 working hours.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

How Pickup Works

At checkout, customers must select “Pickup from Store”.

Shipping charges will not be applied to pickup orders.

Customers must arrange their own pickup via third-party delivery apps such as:

  • Porter
  • VFast
  • Rapidoor
  • any preferred pickup service

Arteria is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party pickup partners arranged by the customer.
